Before the certifications, before the clients, before Tribe Transform — I was simply a woman who knew how to help people find their way back to themselves.

I am a mother — and that role has been one of my greatest teachers. Everything I bring to my practice is rooted in that lived, nurturing instinct. I am also a Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach, Certified Meditation Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Human Design Guide, Licensed Educator, and ordained minister. But before any certification confirmed what I already knew, I was simply a woman who could feel what others carried — and knew how to help them set it down.

My path began in the classroom. As an educator, I learned to hold space for young minds and witness the moment a person begins to believe in themselves. That calling never left — it simply evolved. From teacher to national strategic life coach, author, and advocate, my work now spans ages 3 to 98, across neurotypes and backgrounds. The classroom just got bigger.

In 2018, I founded Tribe Transform — and what began as a personal calling became a global practice. I have had the privilege of working with over 520 individuals and 35 businesses across the United States, South America, Africa, and Europe. My voice has reached listeners in 27 countries through iHeart Radio, and my work lives in nine books written to help others find their way home to themselves.

My work blends Reiki energy healing, sound therapy, meditation, NLP, Human Design, and intuitive life coaching into a seamless, deeply personal experience. There is no script here. Every session is tailored — because you are not a template, and your healing shouldn't be either.

What my clients feel from the very first session is this: seen, safe, and certain that something has shifted. That warmth is not a technique. It is simply who I am.

Beyond the work, I am a mother to my son, a devoted family woman, and a lifelong student of life. I find restoration in travel, in nature, in cooking, in writing, and in creating. I live the balance I teach — imperfectly, honestly, and always returning to center.
